Free shipping on orders over $150
Our goal is to offer you a discreet, odorless and fastest mail order marijuana delivery. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers across Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse located in British Columbia for dispatch within 24 hours after the order’s payment confirmation.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take up to 4 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don’t respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost/Damaged Parcels

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please refer to our re-shipping policy

If you received your order damaged, please contact Canada Post to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with Canada Post.

Note: All parcels come with $100 CAD liability coverage.
